Hey hey!

I want to say thank you to all the wonderful people who have joined the mailing list/facebook/etc. Also, thanks (to whomever… the universe?) for my awesome new band. We had a practice last night from 5:00 to 9:00! It was AMAZING!

The players include:
Casey Toll on the bass
Austin McCall on percussion
Dylan Shrader on lead guitar

No doubt we’ll have some photos and music soon enough–probably as soon as our gig in Burlington (at the Company Shops Co-op on Nov. 7 from 6 to 8 PM). We’ll be playing two 45-minute sets, so we’re doing a lot of learning and writing, and it is fannntasssstic fun.

Also, get ready for some video! Sarah Riazati of the UNC journalism school will be joining us for a few practices/shit-shooting sessions/shows, which should be entertaining at the least. Look for that some time after Thanksgiving.
